Shimano Vanquish FC C2000S - the flagship of Shimano's MGL series. Thanks to the sensitivity and smoothness of the reel, it is ideal for fishing for perch, trout and zander with ultralight techniques. However, the Vanquish can be used for many other techniques, including sea fishing, especially in the larger 4000 and 5000 sizes.

The first thing you will feel is the weight of the reel, or rather the lack of it. The medium size 3000 weighs only 170g. The Vanquish sets new quality standards in UL fishing. Shimano has gone 'Beyond Lightness' to create the ultimate lightweight reel mechanism with unmatched performance. It is the pinnacle of ultralight reels and is packed to the brim with Shimano technologies, derived primarily from the STELLA reel. Its lightness is achieved thanks to the use of the exclusive Shimano Ci4+ composite material. This is enhanced by the addition of the Magnumlite rotor, which also contributes to incredibly low inertia when starting and stopping winding. This slow start-up inertia is especially important when finesse fishing, and the UL attracts. You will be able to hunt more precisely than ever before.

This technology creates powerful yet light rotation, especially under heavy loads.
